Anand Hindolia
Dr. Anand Hindolia has received BFTECH (Apparel Production) from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Mumbai, and a Ph.D. & MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV Indore. In the year 2010, Dr. Anand qualified for his UGC – NET and JRF in the field of Management. He holds 12 years of experience in industry & academia.
During his association with Bajaj Electricals, his efforts were recognized and awarded by Mr. Shekhar Bajaj (CMD, Bajaj Electricals). Dr. Anand has also worked with brands like Surya Roshni Ltd, and Polycab Wires Pvt Ltd, he has been part of many prestigious projects for the adoption of energy-efficient products like LED lighting. He holds good experience in handling channel partner/ retail management, business in government institutions, B2B Marketing, Product & Brand Management, and tendering business.
He has spearheaded many training programs for his teams in the field of new product development & launches. Being a team manager for long aids Dr. Anand to have a good understanding of human emotions, team motivation, problem/ conflict management, and creative thinking. He was an approved faculty at the University of Mumbai. He has published research papers on many subjects in international journals of repute. Dr. Anand is a regular practitioner of Vipassana, having formally trained for 10 days at Dhamma Suvatthi Vipassana, Shravasti (U.P.)
