Jyoti Arya
Dr. Jyoti Arya has received a Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, IIT, Roorkee, and an MBA from Banasthali Vidhyapith Jaipur. Dr. Jyoti qualified for her UGC – NET in the field of Management in the year 2014. Dr. Jyoti holds 9 years of experience in Industry and Academia. Prior to her Ph.D., she worked with Kotak Mahindra bank. She is an active researcher and member of the India Society for Training and Development (ISTD) New Delhi, she has published many research papers in international journals of repute.
